Do you feel it?

Well there is the cold, we are all feeling that.  But beyond the cold.  Do you feel the energy flowing.  Something has cracked open and we are all resettling into just what is happening.  We are all finding or searching for our balance.  It's like going across a suspension bridge that is shaking.  Chances are it's not going to break, but it's scary none the less.

I really admired Nelson Mandela and I am intrigued to watch the world respond to his death.  People saw him as standing for change and liberation and many people are afraid that we have lost something or someone that we cannot replace.

His energy on the other side is more powerful, so much more powerful than when he was here.  In his passing there is not one person who steps into his shoes.  I heard that the media had published a story asking who is the next Nelson Mandela?  The answer is simple, we all are the next Nelson Mandela.  The community of souls is knocking down the freedom door and that is what I am completely present too.

I love this quote by Gertrude Stein, "For a very long time everybody refuses and then almost without a pause almost everybody accepts.”

Reminds me of gay marriage, lately it's been the domino effect.  To want something for so long and then to have it is somewhat of a shock to the system.  I think us "gays" are feeling the pressure to get married! HAHA

The same holds true for our group here. We have been in this never-ending Warrior Sage Program for quite a while now.  And whether I post to blog or you read the blog the program is still going on. If you open up to it and look at the energy something in each of us has cracked open and you cannot put that $h#T back together.  It happened about 1.5 weeks ago, it's like a wave traveling through the group.

I would be interested to see what has opened up or cracked open for you?  Are you willing to reply all...

Embracing "What Is" - YOU!

Many times as we enter into a new holiday season we do so with mixed feelings.  Not everyone's family is the Cleaver's or the Brady's.  Some of us have something more like the movie Home for the Holiday's. Some of us are disconnected from our family of origin and we have created new families.

Regardless of what your Holiday status is I wanted to provide a few reminders for you all as we enjoy the Holidays:

#1:  You are good enough and smart enough, and doggone it people like you!

#2: Connect with those you truly like, sometimes we go to events and it pays to stay close to those we have a true kinship with.  When we are connected to people we truly like then we can see the humor in any situation.

#3: Be OK with being different!  Your uniqueness is why you are on the planet this lifetime.  Embrace that.  Enjoy it.  It is your greatest strength and it will carry you through anything.

#4: Whatever you do, don't take the blue pill.  Yes, the guy who did in the movie, The Matrix did get a steak dinner, but he also died later.  It might seem like a quick fix, but I don't recommend it.  You have worked to get to Wonderland, to find yourself and don't let these silly holiday dinners throw you off track....IJS....

"This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes." Morpheus, The Matrix

#5: Live Out Loud.  Don't stuff your feelings or your truth.  Be YOU, Embrace YOU and Love YOURSELF! I love this quote by Emile' Zola.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Are you in an effort picture....

Am I, might be the better question!  I have been working unreasonable hours doing tasks that are not my strength that I am not enjoying.  I feel removed from my joy, my life force which is all about creating and movement.  I feel removed from you all.

Ah, how does one create and move when one is STUCK?!  Not easily - that is for sure.

I put Eden to bed and got up to work my 2nd shift tonight feeling as disgusted with myself and my situation as I did this morning.

If you saw the movie Groundhog Day you know exactly what I am talking about.

Loved this movie and it's a great time of year to see it.

I have also considered another fav, Multiplicity... If only I could clone myself, but I am afraid it would end up like this...

If you are thinking what I am thinking which is "isn't she supposed to be leading this program?" "none of this seems very warrior or sage" then you are right we are in agreement and yet I am left knowing somewhere deep inside I am right where I need to be. There is something profound to be learned, to be accepted in this moment.  There are things we cannot change and if we hold on long enough and hard enough at some point we have to let go and in letting go that is when the magic happens.  For me personally, I call that giving up.  I hate giving up and I am at the point where I need and want to.  There just has to be something better on the other side of trying to "control" it all.

Abraham's thought for the day is this:
Make up your mind that nothing is more important than how I feel now, because now is everything. Now is the whole enchilada. Now is the power of me. Now, now, now, now, now... You might as well start somewhere, and it might as well be now. Why not start improving your life now, now, now?                                                                                                                                   ---Abraham

How beautiful is that?  That my friends is the 90 day program.  That is it, in one simple quote. NOW is the whole enchilada.

I know we have all gotten away from blogging and posting and emailing.  But I want to ask everyone in the program to just reply all to this email to the blog and share one thing, one thought:

What is your NOW?  You can say my NOW is...

Being Present in the midst of utter Chaos

Well it's true.
Great change sometimes requires chaos.

We get into trouble when we go into resistance.  When we dig in our heels.

Over the last 30 days I have felt like I am in a pressure cooker at work.
Chaos is alive and well.

I find when I can embrace the craziness of it.
When I can "see" it.
When I can let go.
The feeling of the pressure diminishes.
That is Warrior Sage energy.
That is truth.

I think many people believe that if they just get their "shit" together then the pressure goes away.  As long as we are alive and breathing the pressure of life is there.  That is the nature of this experience.  It's the realization that the pressure doesn't define you.  It is not your problem to fix.  That is KEY to making a significant shift in how you embrace this life experience.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it today:

Step back, please step away from the keyboard.
Go for a walk, rake leaves, play.
Step away from the chaos and step into yourself.
YOU are not the chaos.

Asking yourself - "What if?" Mike Rayburn

Mike Rayburn was the keynote speaker at our conference yesterday.  He asked the question "What if..."

I think it's fitting for the conversation we are in as Warrior Sage's.  Here's a YouTube of his presentation from another event, same content.

Let me know what you think of this.

Can you approach your day and what you are really wanting to create from a What if perspective?  From a why not perspective?

How bad do you want it?

Now that I have your attention that is the question.  Many times we say we want something or we don't want something but the question we must ask ourselves as Wise Warriors is "How bad do I want what I say I want?"
Do I want it so bad I would walk through fire to have it?
Would I sacrifice to have it?
Would I take the time and effort to have it?
Would I fight for it?
Is it worth fighting for, sacrificing for? Is it worth having?

OR

Is it just a nice conversation that I have with myself and others?
Is it something that is nice to talk about?

We have roughly 30 days left before our final in person meeting.  During this 30 days I am planning to challenge myself and you to get real.  Get real with ourselves about what we really want.

I love the Law of Attraction magazine, really great articles if you haven't seen it.  There is also an app on iTunes or www.lawofattractionmag.com.  This month's feature article is called Epic Love for all of you who have been visioning that "soul mate".

The article I want to share from is The Millionaire's Mind-set, it's on page 8 of the magazine. The article is by Paul McKenna.  The article is really about Wealth Consciousness.  He also shares about creating a "wealth scrapbook".

Cuban Musician, Ry Cooder said "all the money in the world is spent on feeling good."  I am going to create a "wealth scrapbook" based upon health, traveling the world, adventure and feeling good.

The most interesting part of this article was based on a story Paul shared about a friend of his who wanted to travel the world in style.  He had dabbled in the Law of Attraction and had used it to get parking spaces and little things in life.  He decided he would go for his dream - traveling the world in style.  He had never been out of his home country, England.  He didn't have money to travel the world on his own.  He collected travel brochures, cut out pictures of exotic places he wanted to visit.  He created a travel scrapbook.  His friend was so serious about his dream to travel the world in style that every Sunday he actually packed his suitcase and he went to the airport, and he parked and got out of the car and went and stood in the check in line before turning around and going home.  When he arrived home he would watch a video about traveling first class and then he would look through his travel scrapbook.  He was so committed to this dream, this goal that he wanted it to be real, to feel real.  He wanted to train his unconscious mind as well that he was doing this that he was going to travel.  After one month of doing this he was called into his bosses office at work and was asked if he wanted to take on a new job as an international correspondent for his company.  He would be required to travel around the world "in style".  Of course he took that job that he manifest.

You might ask yourself is what you are desiring something that you want so much that you would go to that extreme to create it, to manifest it????

The following 34 minute YouTube video is by Paul McKenna, really worth a listen whether you are looking to create wealth, or a satisfying relationship or simply to feel good everyday.  About 8 minutes into the this video he tells the story I just shared.

What are you desiring?  And what would you do to make it happen.  Oh and Carrie - I know your answer :)

Julie, thanks so much for your post last week. I think you will find this video in line with our discussion the other night regarding your business.

What are you all desiring?  Can you bring your warrior energy to create it?

Final 30 Days of the never-ending program

My apologies for the absent blog the last couple of weeks.  I had two 5 day back to back trips.  I think maybe we all needed a little breather.  Given Thanksgiving and my travel schedule in November, the final in person workshop will take place on

Friday, December 6th from 7 to 9:30 pm.
Cost is $20
bring a snack or dessert and a friend if you would like

Over the next 30 days and during the workshop we will focus on the
Divine Self Within Each of Us

We will look at what stops us from embracing our "Divine" selves
We will learn to love and embrace ourselves in new ways

It's time - isn't it?

Really?

Hello All! I hope you all are doing wonderfully! I had an "AHA" moment that I would love to share...Here it is:
As many of you know, "trust" has been something I am working on. Trusting the process, trusting life, trusting flow, trusting myself. In the last several weeks:
--business has been odd. slower than usual, a few less than ideal circumstances have come up. I have had a an opportunity to choose trust or fear

--we rent. A few weeks ago, we found out that our building was n the beginning stages of foreclosure (WHAT??) we've been here for 5 years!  I have an opportunity to choose trust or fear.

--I met a man. ME! I met a man!! He is wonderful, we connect, yet he is in the beginning of what looks to be a long divorce process. It is hard to tell if things will go smoothly for him & I am giving him the time and space to do what he needs to do here...But over-all, do I trust or do I fear?

I feel like so much of what is my life is like water that's about to slip through my hands. Then, the other night, I almost laughed out loud. REALLY? I ask to learn trust & I get all honors courses almost immediately! But sometimes, this is the way. I have seen similar processes in m life before-and I've always come out the other end much stronger for it.

This morning, before I got out of bed, I imagined me about 6 months from now (I'm REALLY thin), and I imagined that everything that I am choosing fear in now, I chose trust instead. I took the opportunity and passed the class. I wasn't sure about the details of my life-where I was living, what I did for work, if I was dating the guy...but in my vision, those things didn't matter at all...All that mattered was how big I was smiling. And it was a really big smile.

The Bagua of YOU

The above image is from The Bagua Journal ebook by Rick Tan

you can purchase this handy little guide on Rick's website at www.ricktandesigns.com

Over the next few days I would like for you to create The Bagua of YOU using the 9 sections of the Bagua.  I have attached a blank form that you can use to create your Bagua.

The areas you will visit are:
 Wealth & Prosperity
Fame and Reputation
Love and Relationships
Health and Family
Good Fortune
Children & Creativity
Wisdom and Self-Knowledge
Career Life Mission
Helpers, Spirit & Travel

Rather than using the Bagua to evaluate your home space; I would like for you to use the Bague to create and manifest in your life.  Filling in the Bagua is just another way to practice the 17/68 seconds exercise.  It's another extension of your Manifestation Jar.

Do you know that I have one of my manifestation jar papers that I carry with me everywhere I go.  I sleep with it next to me in bed at night on the pillow.  It's my new best friend.  That is how committed I am to manifesting that intention and next step in my life.  I am going to laminate it! LOL

So how do you fill in this chart.  You look at each area and you say what are 1, 2 or 3 items that I want to create in each section of my bagua.  An example could be as follows:

Career Life Mission
#1: Be promoted to Vice President with my current company
#2: Complete my new web page
#3: Create my new meditation app

Helpers, Spirit and Travel
#1: Allow the Universe to give to me and guide me easily and effortlessly
#2: Trip to NYC with Eden
#3: Complete the 17/68 second Technique Daily

Another way you could do your Bagau is by drawing in each section or turning it into a collage.

Get crazy with this exercise.

The Time is NOW, the Power is YOU as Louise Hay would say.

Your Inner Being

Take your Inner Being everywhere you go.

If you take your Inner Being to the party, it's going to be a good party!

If you take your Inner Being, the food that you eat will be received perfectly by the cells of your body.

Every word that comes out of your mouth will be beneficial to everyone who hears them with their ears—or with their vibration.

Don't go anywhere without your Inner Being.

That's what "Allowing" is.
Always having your Inner Being present.
And then, anything else that happens is always orchestrated perfectly by Law of Attraction.                          ---Abraham

The following Meditation is focused on your true self.  It's part of Deepak Chopra's current program.  I think you might like it.  However, I usually lay down and fall asleep when I listen to Deepak, his voice is so calming :)

What is standing in the way of your manifesting?

Sometimes when we stop and focus for 17 seconds or 68 seconds we realize that the reason we are not having what we are asking for is because we are not in a place to receive it.  We are NOT aligned.  There is something stopping or blocking our receiving what we want.  Over the next week we will work with the Bagua.

Definition: Feng shui bagua (also called ba-gua or pakua) is one of the main tools used in feng shui to analyze the energy of any given space, be it home, office or garden. Basically, bagua is the feng shui energy map of your space that shows you which areas of your home or office are connected to specific areas of your life.

Translated from Chinese, Bagua literally means "8 areas."

You can hold the diagram below up in any room you walk into and gauge how the energy is:

If that left corner of the room is filled with clutter guess what your wealth/prosperity and self-worth is cluttered as well.

Your mission: Print out the diagram and analyze a couple of the main rooms in your house.  Or if you are a real go-getter work in one of the rooms of your house that is most cluttered.  Give your space a check up.

Share on the blog what you are noticing!

17 Seconds

According to Malcolm Gladwell's book the Outliers, researchers say that it takes 10,000 to achieve mastery of any craft, sport, art science or expertise.

In Malcolm Gladwell’s book, The Outliers he retells the results of a 1990 study done at Berlin’s Elite Academy of Students.

In summary: The psychologist K. Anders Ericcson and colleagues separated students into three groups.

Star musicians, good musicians, and average musicians.

All were questioned, “Since you first started to play, how many hours have you practiced?”

Without exception, those in the star category revealed the equivalent of thousands and thousands of hours. The good musicians practiced a lot, but not nearly thousands of hours. Followed by the average musicians, who practiced even less.

Throughout the study, their research never discovered the ‘prodigy’ that was able to practice less and still be a star. Nor did they find the ‘grind’, or the musician that could play more and not become a star.

I’m sharing this with you because we all know that 17 seconds or 68 seconds a day is minimal and yet hard to do every day.  All kinds of things get in the way, don't they?  It really does come down to discipline. I was talking to Teri today and we were laughing because I said I have not done the exercise everyday.  Yesterday I forgot all together.  However, I was able to beat up on myself for at least 10 minutes throughout the day because I was behind on my expenses and forgot to pay my car payment...

I am a master at negative self talk, probably spent 10,000 hours on it this lifetime :)

It's time for me to change my focus, start working on my
10,000 hours of visualizations, 17 seconds at a time.

Let's do it NOW!

The magic number in all of this is just 17 seconds.

Abraham breaks it down this way:
17 Seconds of pure-belief is equal to 2000 man action hours
34 = 2000 x 10 = 20,000 man-action hours
51 = 20,000 x 10 = 200,000 man-action hours
68 = 200,000 x 10 = 2 million man-action hours

That's much more than 10,000 hours and it's much easier.

Would you all mind checking in and sharing how your doing with the 17 seconds energy technique?

'Spark of Possibilites'

I wanted to share my latest piece of art. Art is a passion for me. I am learning so much about myself and my personal process. How resistance is natural and how to work through it allows me to create images and feelings to offer to others beyond what I would ever imagine. Bright Blessings!!

The 17 Second Energy Technique

Take the effort out of Manifesting!
http://www.quantumbalancing.com/images/p.gif

Abraham: "Line up your energy as often as you can.

If two to three times per day, you can stop and find 68 seconds of pure thought about something,

YOU'VE PUT IN A VERY PRODUCTIVE DAY!"

Why 17 Seconds?

Abraham says that a thought reaches a combustion point at 17 seconds of pure undiluted focus. It draws another thought to it and it is exponentially more powerful. At the end of another 17 seconds, 34 seconds total, the next thought combusts, and by Law of Attraction, evolves to a higher level of energy. Again another 17 seconds to 51 seconds continues the process, and finally, if you can continue a pure thought for 68 seconds on any given subject, it will be on its way to manifestation. The key word is pure, meaning positive focus, strong energy, no resistance; to not slip into sloppy thinking.

Abraham says the average person rarely finishes a single sentence without contradicting their energy, as in "I want a new car, but it is too expensive." So they say most of us haven't had much experience with ever feeling the combustion of thought that comes from 17+ seconds of pure thought.

In talking about the leverage of 17+17+17+17=68 seconds of pure thought, Abraham offers the following information:

17 seconds is worth 2,000 man-hours (about a year at 40 hours per week of action taken) 34 seconds is worth 20,000 man-hours (or about 10 years...) 51 seconds is worth 200,000 man-hours (or about 100 years...) 68 seconds is worth 2,000,000 man-hours (or about 1000 years...)

That's two MILLION man-hours (or woman hours!) If we can learn to offer pure thought energy for 68 seconds at a time, action becomes INCONSEQUENTIAL!

Here's a simple story of 68 seconds of pure thought from an experience:

A woman had a fun demonstration of deliberate creation while on vacation in New Mexico last year. She was coming down the road from the Sandia Tram and realized that the one thing she really wanted in Albuquerque that she hadn't done yet, was to see a road runner. She had never seen one before, and although she'd had a wonderful time birding all week, seeing a Black headed grosbeak, scaled quail, some kind of wonderful owl and hawk, she still hadn't seen a road runner. So, driving down the road, her friend Kate talked with her for 68 seconds about the wonder of road runners, how fun they are, how excited they would be to see one, how great the birding had been since they got to New Mexico, etc.

And sure enough, they came round a corner at about 69 seconds, and there - on a fence post, no less, was a road runner. Kate did a quick U turn and they spent ten minutes having the road runner experience. He (or she) preened on the fence post for awhile, allowing them to take pictures profile and head on, then hopped down and ran into the gully to catch and eat a lizard, then back on the fence and then down the other side to do some wing unfurling behavior that looked like it could be mating behavior. All and all, a very satisfying 68 seconds of fun directed thought!

How to Get to 17 Seconds of Pure Thought: Getting to 17 seconds of pure thought purely mentally is harder for me than doing it either out loud or in writing. I find the discipline of speaking or writing helps keep other thoughts from being too distracting.

If I am going to do it in writing, I often put in the form of a letter to a friend from the vantage point of already having accomplished what it is that I am wanting. Then I can describe the feelings and details of my new place of being, and really get into the sense of actually being there.

I also play the "68 second game" out loud, with some friends that I meet with in a group every week. The person who facilitates gets to pick a subject, then everyone contributes to her 68 seconds. For example, One wanted to have a beautiful wedding, so her week we did 68 seconds on how wonderful the ceremony was, and how much she loved having a fun reception for all of her friends. They all chimed in on how much they enjoyed the party, how great the band was, the deliciousness of the cake, the beauty of the decorations, etc. Our 68 seconds in the group often lasts 5 or 10 minutes!

And I know that if I am in a place I don't want to be emotionally, I can call any member of that group and ask them to do 68 seconds with me on what I am wanting in that moment! It really helps to have some partners to do the process with me.

If you have a friend who is also into Abraham processes, you might ask them to be a 68 second partner for you.

Start with Less Important Issues

Abraham: "Focus on nothing is more important than you feel good. Period. it is not necessary to focus on feeling good about oneself, focus on feeling good; period. It is not necessary to feel good about your body, or about your financial situation; find thoughts that make you feel good. Period.

We would recommend that you spend the first week writing 68 seconds about things that you don't care much about, such as blue glass, butterflies, feathers. Because you will attract those things. This exercise will teach you two things: one that you can focus for 68 seconds; two, that the universe does respond to a pure vibration. When you have a level of confidence in the universe, then you can tackle your main issues.

We would every day, twice a day, write your 68 seconds about all areas in your life, relationship, abundance, house, job, etc. You will find it very easy to do. For instance, on your house, appreciate how convenient it is. Appreciate the thermostat that keeps the house at the perfect temperature. Appreciate the sewage system and the plumbing in your bathroom. Appreciate the comfort of it. Know that this house will be temporary, that you will have may others closer to the dream house you want, but meanwhile appreciate it. You see, there was 68 seconds.

So, all of you have major work to do in the next 30 days. Write as many 68 seconds as you can. And do it deliberately."

Ease of Achieving 68 Seconds

Abraham: "Realize that 68 seconds isn't hard to find. Throughout your day, you have thousands of opportunities to do your 68 seconds. Even if your work schedule doubled, you could still find plenty of 68 seconds? Now, Esther didn't believe us at first that 68 seconds were the equivalent of 2 million man-hours.

She couldn't conceive it. But since there isn't anything that we have said over the years that wasn't true, Esther now believes it and uses it. So, we want to ask you, do YOU REALLY BELIEVE when we say that 68 seconds is the equivalent of 2 million man-hours? Because if you did, YOU WOULD FIND THE TIME TO DO THEM!!! Who would want to bang things into place, when they know that they can spend 68 seconds and have the universe do it for them? Nobody, yet it is what the majority of you do. You would rather jump into action than do your 68 seconds. You would rather jump into action than align up your energy."

The Recipe for deliberate creation has 10 parts:

  • 5 parts of appreciating what is
  • 2 parts of imagining a little better than what is
  • 2 parts of looking for things that would make you feel better
  • 1 part of quieting your mind, relaxing and not trying so hard, being at ease at it

Manifestation Ba-by!

Happiness/Manifestation Jar Project

The Happiness Jar was started by Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love. The concept is super simple.  Here are the basics.
Happiness Jar or Gratitude Jar Ideas

At the end of every day, write down your best moment of the day and put it in the jar.  That’s it.  Why is that so important?  First of all, to keep yourself in the mindset of looking for good things.  Second, because when you are having a tough day you can look through your happy moments and successes to remind you that this is only a blip of yuckiness.

Manifestation Jar Idea + 17 Seconds

In Friday night's workshop  we created Manifestation Jars. You can decorate the jar any way you like and put some fun things in their (stones, gems, glitter (fairy dust) or any sort of embellishments. Once you have decorated your jar you can make a list of several things you want to Manifest.  Each day you focus on one AND you use the 17 Second Energy Technique to manifest your greatest desires.
Here's my jar:

Here are some of the wishes and dreams in my jar:
cook, paint, 21 $1,000 bills, do something that scares me, have an adventure
Manifestation is a state of being, how are you BEING?
I encourage everyone who attended the workshop to take a picture of your jar and share it on the blog for the folks who couldn't attend.  Also share some of the dreams and wishes you put into your jar.  For those of you who couldn't make it, I encourage you to create a jar today!

AHA!

When I started the Warrior Sage Program, I discovered that what I wanted to bring in my life was TRUST. I wanted to allow myself to Trust the Process; trust myself; trust others.  In many ways, the last 5 years alone have been such a huge teacher in the subject of trust. I have: left my husband with 2 young daughters in tow, leaving our home in Charlotte & coming back to IL; rented an apartment on my own for the 1st time ever; been completely financially independent; mended a broken heart, bought a business, made it more successful than it had been; went without child support for years while my ex-husband was out of work.  Some days, I feel I trust myself to the point of cockiness. But, I earned it.
Now, here I am, 2 days after turning 40, excited about the second half, looking forward to our manifestation night! The first half, I was feeling good-I was a mighty oak tree-the breeze looked like dollar signs coming toward me-the apples growing on my branches were ginormous! My leaves were a royal purple and the tree was full and beautiful.  Then, it was time to do a project involving putting our manifestations in a jar-I was so excited! This is what I had been waiting for!Yet, immediately, I was nervous. I felt as if I was doing my jar wrong. I asked Michelle a few questions, I put too much glitter in my jar, I forgot to add one word-ONE WORD-to one of my manifestations and, as I tried to retrieve it, glitter got everywhere, and I felt ashamed. Ashamed that I made such a mess, ashamed that I wasted a jar, apologizing profusely to Michelle.
Immediately after completing our jars the group meditated for 68 seconds about an item we put in the jar-the intention I meditated on was wealth/financial abundance. I had 2 images that popped into my head during the 68 seconds-one was of a homeless mother of 3 I gave money to this morning on 90/94 & Fullerton, the other was of a homeless lady I would see sleeping on a bench at a bus stop on Harlem Ave days on end for months a few years back.
The calm before the storm...or in my case, the confidence before the shame. It gets me every time. It has for years.
AHA!! So THERE YOU ARE! The reason why my manifestations have not been manifesting. I had a conversation yesterday with a good friend in which I said; "whatever is showing up in your life are your core belief's in action. No exception."
This evening I received one of the greatest gifts of my life so far. I understand that in order to get out of my own way, I needed to learn what is was that had been standing in my way to begin with. And tonight I did. As I drove home, I felt my issue was akin to putting a wedding dress on without having showered for 9 days. It's time to strip, shift, release, clear the energy ...and then, I trust that my desires will all come to me with unbelievable ease & speed. I've seen it, I believe it, and I'm truly blessed that the missing piece of the puzzle has been found.
Thank you, Michelle and the wonderful group of women who made this possible for me tonight.
