Embracing "What Is" - YOU!

Many times as we enter into a new holiday season we do so with mixed feelings.  Not everyone's family is the Cleaver's or the Brady's.  Some of us have something more like the movie Home for the Holiday's. Some of us are disconnected from our family of origin and we have created new families.

Regardless of what your Holiday status is I wanted to provide a few reminders for you all as we enjoy the Holidays:

#1:  You are good enough and smart enough, and doggone it people like you!

#2: Connect with those you truly like, sometimes we go to events and it pays to stay close to those we have a true kinship with.  When we are connected to people we truly like then we can see the humor in any situation.

#3: Be OK with being different!  Your uniqueness is why you are on the planet this lifetime.  Embrace that.  Enjoy it.  It is your greatest strength and it will carry you through anything.

#4: Whatever you do, don't take the blue pill.  Yes, the guy who did in the movie, The Matrix did get a steak dinner, but he also died later.  It might seem like a quick fix, but I don't recommend it.  You have worked to get to Wonderland, to find yourself and don't let these silly holiday dinners throw you off track....IJS....

"This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes." Morpheus, The Matrix

#5: Live Out Loud.  Don't stuff your feelings or your truth.  Be YOU, Embrace YOU and Love YOURSELF! I love this quote by Emile' Zola.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Are you in an effort picture....

Am I, might be the better question!  I have been working unreasonable hours doing tasks that are not my strength that I am not enjoying.  I feel removed from my joy, my life force which is all about creating and movement.  I feel removed from you all.

Ah, how does one create and move when one is STUCK?!  Not easily - that is for sure.

I put Eden to bed and got up to work my 2nd shift tonight feeling as disgusted with myself and my situation as I did this morning.

If you saw the movie Groundhog Day you know exactly what I am talking about.

Loved this movie and it's a great time of year to see it.

I have also considered another fav, Multiplicity... If only I could clone myself, but I am afraid it would end up like this...

If you are thinking what I am thinking which is "isn't she supposed to be leading this program?" "none of this seems very warrior or sage" then you are right we are in agreement and yet I am left knowing somewhere deep inside I am right where I need to be. There is something profound to be learned, to be accepted in this moment.  There are things we cannot change and if we hold on long enough and hard enough at some point we have to let go and in letting go that is when the magic happens.  For me personally, I call that giving up.  I hate giving up and I am at the point where I need and want to.  There just has to be something better on the other side of trying to "control" it all.

Abraham's thought for the day is this:
Make up your mind that nothing is more important than how I feel now, because now is everything. Now is the whole enchilada. Now is the power of me. Now, now, now, now, now... You might as well start somewhere, and it might as well be now. Why not start improving your life now, now, now?                                                                                                                                   ---Abraham

How beautiful is that?  That my friends is the 90 day program.  That is it, in one simple quote. NOW is the whole enchilada.

I know we have all gotten away from blogging and posting and emailing.  But I want to ask everyone in the program to just reply all to this email to the blog and share one thing, one thought:

What is your NOW?  You can say my NOW is...

Being Present in the midst of utter Chaos

Well it's true.
Great change sometimes requires chaos.

We get into trouble when we go into resistance.  When we dig in our heels.

Over the last 30 days I have felt like I am in a pressure cooker at work.
Chaos is alive and well.

I find when I can embrace the craziness of it.
When I can "see" it.
When I can let go.
The feeling of the pressure diminishes.
That is Warrior Sage energy.
That is truth.

I think many people believe that if they just get their "shit" together then the pressure goes away.  As long as we are alive and breathing the pressure of life is there.  That is the nature of this experience.  It's the realization that the pressure doesn't define you.  It is not your problem to fix.  That is KEY to making a significant shift in how you embrace this life experience.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it today:

Step back, please step away from the keyboard.
Go for a walk, rake leaves, play.
Step away from the chaos and step into yourself.
YOU are not the chaos.

Asking yourself - "What if?" Mike Rayburn

Mike Rayburn was the keynote speaker at our conference yesterday.  He asked the question "What if..."

I think it's fitting for the conversation we are in as Warrior Sage's.  Here's a YouTube of his presentation from another event, same content.

Let me know what you think of this.

Can you approach your day and what you are really wanting to create from a What if perspective?  From a why not perspective?

How bad do you want it?

Now that I have your attention that is the question.  Many times we say we want something or we don't want something but the question we must ask ourselves as Wise Warriors is "How bad do I want what I say I want?"
Do I want it so bad I would walk through fire to have it?
Would I sacrifice to have it?
Would I take the time and effort to have it?
Would I fight for it?
Is it worth fighting for, sacrificing for? Is it worth having?

OR

Is it just a nice conversation that I have with myself and others?
Is it something that is nice to talk about?

We have roughly 30 days left before our final in person meeting.  During this 30 days I am planning to challenge myself and you to get real.  Get real with ourselves about what we really want.

I love the Law of Attraction magazine, really great articles if you haven't seen it.  There is also an app on iTunes or www.lawofattractionmag.com.  This month's feature article is called Epic Love for all of you who have been visioning that "soul mate".

The article I want to share from is The Millionaire's Mind-set, it's on page 8 of the magazine. The article is by Paul McKenna.  The article is really about Wealth Consciousness.  He also shares about creating a "wealth scrapbook".

Cuban Musician, Ry Cooder said "all the money in the world is spent on feeling good."  I am going to create a "wealth scrapbook" based upon health, traveling the world, adventure and feeling good.

The most interesting part of this article was based on a story Paul shared about a friend of his who wanted to travel the world in style.  He had dabbled in the Law of Attraction and had used it to get parking spaces and little things in life.  He decided he would go for his dream - traveling the world in style.  He had never been out of his home country, England.  He didn't have money to travel the world on his own.  He collected travel brochures, cut out pictures of exotic places he wanted to visit.  He created a travel scrapbook.  His friend was so serious about his dream to travel the world in style that every Sunday he actually packed his suitcase and he went to the airport, and he parked and got out of the car and went and stood in the check in line before turning around and going home.  When he arrived home he would watch a video about traveling first class and then he would look through his travel scrapbook.  He was so committed to this dream, this goal that he wanted it to be real, to feel real.  He wanted to train his unconscious mind as well that he was doing this that he was going to travel.  After one month of doing this he was called into his bosses office at work and was asked if he wanted to take on a new job as an international correspondent for his company.  He would be required to travel around the world "in style".  Of course he took that job that he manifest.

You might ask yourself is what you are desiring something that you want so much that you would go to that extreme to create it, to manifest it????

The following 34 minute YouTube video is by Paul McKenna, really worth a listen whether you are looking to create wealth, or a satisfying relationship or simply to feel good everyday.  About 8 minutes into the this video he tells the story I just shared.

What are you desiring?  And what would you do to make it happen.  Oh and Carrie - I know your answer :)

Julie, thanks so much for your post last week. I think you will find this video in line with our discussion the other night regarding your business.

What are you all desiring?  Can you bring your warrior energy to create it?

Final 30 Days of the never-ending program

My apologies for the absent blog the last couple of weeks.  I had two 5 day back to back trips.  I think maybe we all needed a little breather.  Given Thanksgiving and my travel schedule in November, the final in person workshop will take place on

Friday, December 6th from 7 to 9:30 pm.
Cost is $20
bring a snack or dessert and a friend if you would like

Over the next 30 days and during the workshop we will focus on the
Divine Self Within Each of Us

We will look at what stops us from embracing our "Divine" selves
We will learn to love and embrace ourselves in new ways

It's time - isn't it?
