Hello All! I hope you all are doing wonderfully! I had an "AHA" moment that I would love to share...Here it is:
As many of you know, "trust" has been something I am working on. Trusting the process, trusting life, trusting flow, trusting myself. In the last several weeks:
--business has been odd. slower than usual, a few less than ideal circumstances have come up. I have had a an opportunity to choose trust or fear
--we rent. A few weeks ago, we found out that our building was n the beginning stages of foreclosure (WHAT??) we've been here for 5 years! I have an opportunity to choose trust or fear.
--I met a man. ME! I met a man!! He is wonderful, we connect, yet he is in the beginning of what looks to be a long divorce process. It is hard to tell if things will go smoothly for him & I am giving him the time and space to do what he needs to do here...But over-all, do I trust or do I fear?
I feel like so much of what is my life is like water that's about to slip through my hands. Then, the other night, I almost laughed out loud. REALLY? I ask to learn trust & I get all honors courses almost immediately! But sometimes, this is the way. I have seen similar processes in m life before-and I've always come out the other end much stronger for it.
This morning, before I got out of bed, I imagined me about 6 months from now (I'm REALLY thin), and I imagined that everything that I am choosing fear in now, I chose trust instead. I took the opportunity and passed the class. I wasn't sure about the details of my life-where I was living, what I did for work, if I was dating the guy...but in my vision, those things didn't matter at all...All that mattered was how big I was smiling. And it was a really big smile.
Embracing your Warrior Sage energy is about moving beyond illusion and denial to embrace your perception and wisdom. The Warrior Sage is symbolic of our journey to identify and understand our innermost feelings. What does this open up for us: all of life, everything we want, dream of and desire. Who doesn't want that?

The Bagua of YOU

The above image is from The Bagua Journal ebook by Rick Tan
you can purchase this handy little guide on Rick's website at www.ricktandesigns.com
Over the next few days I would like for you to create The Bagua of YOU using the 9 sections of the Bagua. I have attached a blank form that you can use to create your Bagua.
The areas you will visit are:
Wealth & Prosperity
Fame and Reputation
Love and Relationships
Health and Family
Good Fortune
Children & Creativity
Wisdom and Self-Knowledge
Career Life Mission
Helpers, Spirit & Travel
Rather than using the Bagua to evaluate your home space; I would like for you to use the Bague to create and manifest in your life. Filling in the Bagua is just another way to practice the 17/68 seconds exercise. It's another extension of your Manifestation Jar.
Do you know that I have one of my manifestation jar papers that I carry with me everywhere I go. I sleep with it next to me in bed at night on the pillow. It's my new best friend. That is how committed I am to manifesting that intention and next step in my life. I am going to laminate it! LOL
So how do you fill in this chart. You look at each area and you say what are 1, 2 or 3 items that I want to create in each section of my bagua. An example could be as follows:
Career Life Mission
#1: Be promoted to Vice President with my current company
#2: Complete my new web page
#3: Create my new meditation app
Helpers, Spirit and Travel
#1: Allow the Universe to give to me and guide me easily and effortlessly
#2: Trip to NYC with Eden
#3: Complete the 17/68 second Technique Daily
Another way you could do your Bagau is by drawing in each section or turning it into a collage.
Get crazy with this exercise.
The Time is NOW, the Power is YOU as Louise Hay would say.

Your Inner Being
Take your Inner Being everywhere you go. If you take your Inner Being to the party, it's going to be a good party!
If you take your Inner Being, the food that you eat will be received perfectly by the cells of your body.
Every word that comes out of your mouth will be beneficial to everyone who hears them with their ears—or with their vibration.
Don't go anywhere without your Inner Being.
That's what "Allowing" is.
Always having your Inner Being present.
And then, anything else that happens is always orchestrated perfectly by Law of Attraction. ---Abraham
The following Meditation is focused on your true self. It's part of Deepak Chopra's current program. I think you might like it. However, I usually lay down and fall asleep when I listen to Deepak, his voice is so calming :)

What is standing in the way of your manifesting?
Sometimes when we stop and focus for 17 seconds or 68 seconds we realize that the reason we are not having what we are asking for is because we are not in a place to receive it. We are NOT aligned. There is something stopping or blocking our receiving what we want. Over the next week we will work with the Bagua.
Definition: Feng shui bagua (also called ba-gua or pakua) is one of the main tools used in feng shui to analyze the energy of any given space, be it home, office or garden. Basically, bagua is the feng shui energy map of your space that shows you which areas of your home or office are connected to specific areas of your life.
Translated from Chinese, Bagua literally means "8 areas."
You can hold the diagram below up in any room you walk into and gauge how the energy is:
If that left corner of the room is filled with clutter guess what your wealth/prosperity and self-worth is cluttered as well.
Your mission: Print out the diagram and analyze a couple of the main rooms in your house. Or if you are a real go-getter work in one of the rooms of your house that is most cluttered. Give your space a check up.
Share on the blog what you are noticing!

17 Seconds
According to Malcolm Gladwell's book the Outliers, researchers say that it takes 10,000 to achieve mastery of any craft, sport, art science or expertise.
In Malcolm Gladwell’s book, The Outliers he retells the results of a 1990 study done at Berlin’s Elite Academy of Students.
In summary: The psychologist K. Anders Ericcson and colleagues separated students into three groups.
Star musicians, good musicians, and average musicians.
All were questioned, “Since you first started to play, how many hours have you practiced?”
Without exception, those in the star category revealed the equivalent of thousands and thousands of hours. The good musicians practiced a lot, but not nearly thousands of hours. Followed by the average musicians, who practiced even less.
Throughout the study, their research never discovered the ‘prodigy’ that was able to practice less and still be a star. Nor did they find the ‘grind’, or the musician that could play more and not become a star.
I’m sharing this with you because we all know that 17 seconds or 68 seconds a day is minimal and yet hard to do every day. All kinds of things get in the way, don't they? It really does come down to discipline. I was talking to Teri today and we were laughing because I said I have not done the exercise everyday. Yesterday I forgot all together. However, I was able to beat up on myself for at least 10 minutes throughout the day because I was behind on my expenses and forgot to pay my car payment...
I am a master at negative self talk, probably spent 10,000 hours on it this lifetime :)
It's time for me to change my focus, start working on my 10,000 hours of visualizations, 17 seconds at a time.
Let's do it NOW!
The magic number in all of this is just 17 seconds.
Abraham breaks it down this way:
17 Seconds of pure-belief is equal to 2000 man action hours
34 = 2000 x 10 = 20,000 man-action hours
51 = 20,000 x 10 = 200,000 man-action hours
68 = 200,000 x 10 = 2 million man-action hours
That's much more than 10,000 hours and it's much easier.
Would you all mind checking in and sharing how your doing with the 17 seconds energy technique?
